Lockdown means that I am struggling to find references for new paintings so I am revisiting some old images. I painted this scene of the harbour in Whitby in watercolour last year and that work is still one of my favourites. This week I embarked on a larger acrylic on canvas and it is shaping up to be a marathon for me. Three days and still not finished. Still, here it is so far.
